Caleb Whittenton is a 2021 OF/RHP, 1B, SS with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Winter Haven, FL who attends Victory Christian Academy. Long and lanky with room to fill. Recorded a 7.26 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with short strides to the ball, occasionally late getting the glove there but comes through it well, lower arm slot with low and on line throws recorded up to 80 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, pitched solely from the stretch, works to the plate well, on line in the back, tight arm circle through high three-quarters slot, some whippiness to release, works down in the zone with the fastball and shows feel tp spin a downward breaking curveball with depth through the zone. Right-handed hitter, low hand set, big stride into contact with high intent in swing, line drive path and on plane regularly, line drive contact that will improve as strength is added. Good student.
