Brett Hidalgo is a 2020 RHP/ with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Robert, LA who attends Archbishop Hannan. Flashed larger frame with a tall, lanky build showing some room to fill in the future. Ran a 7.63 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded pitcher working only from the stretch. Drives to the plate with the lower half leading with the front foot. Smaller arm action with a low three-quarter arm slot. Works both sides of the plate. Showed repeatable motions with a simple approach to getting hitters out. Good three pitch mix while proving he could throw each pitch in any count. Secondary Outfielder moving into the baseball well with a good feel for routes. Low arm slot with a sidearm type action. Accurate around the base. Good Student.
