Parker McGill is a 2022 MIF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands. Smaller, slender build with plenty of room to fill out. Primary middle infielder, aggressive approach with clean funnel out in front, fairly clean glove actions and smooth transfer into the throwing process. Delivered accurate throws with developing arm strength up to 78 MPH across the diamond. Right-handed hitter; slightly open, crouched stance with high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Middle-of-the field approach with consistent bat-to-ball skills, feel for the barrel and line drive swing plane. Also took a turn on the mound, fastball worked in the 75-77 MPH range, showing command to both sides of the plate fairly well from a short, quick arm action. Plenty of time to physically mature and make proper swing adjustments. Excellent Student.
