Joe Cutia is a 2021 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from St Simons Island, GA who attends Glynn Academy. Recorded a 7.66 second 60-yard dash time. Strong, athletic build with broad shoulders and present physicality. Primary first baseman who bends at the waist and the throws come out easy. Deeper funnel with a three-quarters arm slot. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a high leg kick and a three-quarters arm slot. Short arm stroke and has drop and drive lower half mechanics down the mound. Finishes online and worked in a changeup regularly. Curveball had 10/4 shape with some depth to it. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Pull side power approach with a big leg lift trigger. Calm, repeatable approach and gets the barrel out in front nicely. Good student.
