Daniel Williams is a 2021 2B/SS with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Castle Rock, CO who attends Rock Canyon. Compact frame with a lean build. Projects for additional size and strength with maturity. Primary second baseman with smooth paced, deliberate footwork while working to and surrounding the baseball. Funnels the baseball cleanly out front and worked through exchange with fluidity. Flashed the ability to throw from multiple arm slot across the infield with accuracy, topped at 67 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an even, balanced stance and high back elbow set. Utilized a large front side trigger while launching to contact with a simple, line drive barrel plane. Primarily looked to work to the middle of the field, but flashed the barrel skills to work the other way as well. Good student.
