Ryker Staudenmaier is a 2022 RHP/3B, SS, OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Peosta, IA who attends Western Dubuque. Recorded a 7.08 in the 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher has a full wind up with over the head hands into a belt high leg lift as he drops the back leg and rides it down the mound showcasing good extension and lateral movement to the plate. Staudenmaier has a fastball with cutting and sinking action out of a high three-quarter arm slot topping 82 mph and mixes in a sharp, tight slider out of the same arm slot. Right-handed hitter stands in the box with an upright and even stance, a simple leg lift trigger, and loads the hands deep as he sweeps the barrel through the zone working the ball middle to opposite field approach. Also shows a good arm in the outfield with a recorded 85 mph to the bases and a recorded 82 mph across the diamond in the infield. Excellent student.
