Jacob Carmen is a 2024 OF/RHP, MIF with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Regents School of Austin. Primary outfielder with an athletic build and long limbs. Fielded it cleanly and made accurate throws with good carry. Also ran a 7.50 sixty. Also pitched throwing from a high 3/4 slot with the arm rearing back and coming full circle. Filled up the zone well. Fastball has good arm side run to it. Could locate well on the outer half especially. Showed good feel to roll over a good-looking change with heavy drop. Uses a big leg raise to get downhill. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and balanced base. Uses a big leg lift and stride for timing and rhythm. Good student.
