Sam Nagy is a 2020 RHP/ with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Schererville, IN who attends Andrean HS. Recorded a 7.41 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic present frame and the body projects nicely moving forward. Primary righthanded pitcher with a three-quarters arm slot and good balance at the gather point. Fastball recorded up to 80 mph with some run on the pitch. Changeup has some tumble and mimics the life on the fastball well. Slider has 9/4 shape with some depth and tilt. Compact arm stroke and works well in the top of the strike zone too. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and an even base. Creates leverage in the swing and creates lift nicely. Toe tap trigger into the swing and creates uphill loft on the barrel plane. Good student.
