Mark Christopher is a 2022 RHP/2B, OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall. Recorded a 7.31 second sixty yard dash time. Tall and lean frame with long limbs, projects well with added strength. Primary right-handed pitcher with a simple operation overall and repeats it well, utilizes a compact and up tempo delivery while hiding the ball well. Narrow stride, tends to get out front and has some effort to the release. Throws a heavy fastball with some sinking action and late life. Flashed a breaking ball with good, 12-6 shape and late break, shows some teeth to it, maintains his arm action/speed when throwing the pitch as well. Secondary outfielder, fields off the front foot and comes through it very well, carrying his momentum towards the target. Covers good ground, clean actions overall with some quickness present. Right-handed hitter with big leg lift trigger, doesn't load into the back hip as effectively as he could. Hands oriented swing with a flat bat path, tends to cut the swing off rather than reaching extension. Hit much better in the games, showing present hand quickness. Good student.
