Cooper Webb is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Spicewood, TX who attends Lake Travis. Took to the mound as a right-handed pitcher. A taller frame with good length to his levers. Projectable build. Stretch only with a pretty lined-up and in-sync operation. He uncoils and torques the back hip well. He showed a pretty easy high three-quarters arm slot with an easy arm action. Short and compact release with some quickness in his finish. He had a good lead leg, controlling the leg well. He had a good downhill life on the fastball with some arm-side run up to 87 mph. The pitch had some arm-side sink and lived on the inner third of the plate. Showed two breakers, one being a low-70s curveball with 11-5 shape to it. He showed a slider up to 77 mph in the mix as well. The breaker had a healthy shape with quality spin. It was a big and projectable frame. He threw 3.0 innings, allowing 1 hit, striking out all 9 batters he faced. Named to the HS All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
