Primary first baseman, fields the ball out front with two hands, funnels into a short and compact arm action and stays short at release, arm strength will continue to develop, shows accuracy to intended base. Also pitched, works into a high leg lift with a hip turn at top, lands closed with strike foot and shows a short and on line arm action through the back with some quickness getting to a three-quarters release point. Short life to fastball when down in the zone, topped out at 69 mph and able to create angle from release/mechanics. Induces weak contact off the bat, showed a breaking ball with 2-8 shape and sweeping finish, can continue to incorporate additional lower half into release. Righthanded hitter, begins with an open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; hands stay tight throughout swing and utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Creates contact out front, contact oriented approach with slight lift to swing path. Short to the ball and shows comfort working the middle and pull side parts of the field.
