Drew Baskin is a 2021 SS/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Arroyo Grande, CA who attends Arroyo Grande. Developing athletic frame, primary middle infielder, shows athletic actions in the infield. Ability to throw from all slots, works quickly through the ball and fields out in front. Solid range into either hole, throws run arm side across the diamond but overall accurate. Has an upright, slightly open stance at the plate. Middle of the field approach and stays balanced throughout the swing. Hands are quick and work directly to the baseball. Flashes pop to his oppo side. Excellent student with a 4.0 GPA.
