Finn Snyder is a 2019 OF/1B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Bozeman, MT who attends Bozeman HS. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow open stance with a short inside hand path and swing, has some strength in his swing and the ball comes off the barrel well, mid field to opposite field orientation, has the strength to drive the ball more with better extension through contact. 7.28 runner, looked more comfortable with his footwork at first base than in the outfield and his athleticism showed better. Also pitched, well controlled delivery with a big side step start, gets on line and repeats his mechanics. Fastball topped out at 74 mph, curveball showed good spin and tightness. Filled up the strike zone and had a very quick inning. Excellent student.
