Ethan Cervenka is a 2021 3B/RHP, SS with a 6-1 154 lb. frame from Dunwoody, GA who attends St. Pius X Catholic. Medium and lean frame with room to fill. Ran a 7.68 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseman, took reps in the infield with young footwork, fields the baseball out in front with developing hands, takes longer strides moving to the baseball laterally, low release and arm slot into throws with average arm strength currently, topped out at 75 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher, takes the baseball back to a long arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot, works quickly on the mound landing on a soft front leg, stays balanced throughout and gets good extension out in front, fastball topped out at 71 mph with natural cutting action to the pitch, curveball has 12-to-6 shape and good feel, keeps hitters off balance attacking the strike zone. Righthanded hitter, upright and open stance, crouches into load with a double toe tap trigger, inside hand path to the baseball, timing will improve with adjustments to approach, multiple moving parts to swing, developing bat speed.
