Connor Fuhrman is a 2022 MIF/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Daleville, VA who attends Lord Botetourt. Medium and athletic frame with present strength and more room to fill moving forward. Ran a 7.19 second 60 yard dash. Primary middle infielder, fields the baseball out in front, gains good ground to target at release, plenty of mobility and nimble on his feet, loose arm stroke with strength behind it, topped out at 78 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher, short side step into windup up to a high leg lift, stays tall on backside and explodes down the mound, compact arm action up to a low 3/4 arm slot, plenty of arm speed and is likely going to continue to produce velocity on the mound, topped out at 79 mph. Also took reps in the outfield, winds up into throws with a big shuffle into release, loose arm with some strength behind it, topped out at 82 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, slightly open stance, leg lift trigger that generates lots of bat speed, shifts some into contact but could still get more from lower half for even more pop, lots of present juice and a projectable power swing. Named to 2018 14U National Top Prospect List.
