John Cole Giordano is a 2020 LHP/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Mendenhall, MS who attends Simpson Academy. Flashed a medium frame with an athletic, lean frame showing some room to fill out down the road. Ran a 7.37 second sixty yard dash. Primary Lefthanded Pitcher working with a fast paced motion with a slight hip turn to a leg lift that is even with the belt. Drives well with the lower half. Smaller arm circle in the back with a high three-quarter arm slot. Some quickness to the arm at times and will make a velocity jump in the future. Low effort delivery while staying online. Secondary Outfielder showing a loose and easy approach to the baseball taking good routes. Throws flash some carry to the base while being accurate. Lefthanded hitter starting with a spread out stance showing a nice weight transfer. Sinking hands before showing a linear swing plane. Middle to pull side approach. Aggressive while on the basepaths with good feel for it. Outstanding Student.
