Alex Billini is a 2020 OF/1B with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Wayne, NJ who attends Wayne Valley. Recorded a 7.02 second 60-yard dash time; speed plays well with a 4.38 second home to first time. Lean and athletic fame with a younger build and lots of room for additional strength. Primary outfielder who showed deliberate actions and a slightly stiff arm action. Quick release with currently developing arm strength with short steps to the baseball. Righthanded hitter with a slightly crouched, slightly open stance. Lets the ball travel deep with a simple front side trigger. Loose, extended path to contact. Level, line drive swing plane with a spray hitter approach. Rotational use of the lower half and can create contact to the opposite field. Wide base to start and front side leaks early at times. Good student.
