Jake Guthridge is a 2020 RHP/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from North Port, FL who attends Charlotte HS. Medium build with a young frame and room to add some strength. Primary righthanded pitcher who only pitched during the event. Short compact leg lift with a deliberately paced windup. Lower three-quarters arm slot with a longer arm circle. Fastball topped out at 71 mph and flashed some short arm side run. Lands online with good direction and pounded the strike zone. Showed a curveball with 11/5 shape and break. Good tempo and stayed down in the zone while working to both sides effectively. Good student.
