Jacob Koger is a 2020 2B/SS with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Greenville, TX who attends Greenville HS. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a good shift into contact, has some flow and rhythm in his approach, nice repeatable swing, squares the ball up well and has an idea how to hit, will keep improving as a hitter with additional strength. 7.00 runner, is light on his feet on defense with quick actions, gets rid of the ball quickly and can throw on the run, best on the move. Also plays the outfield with good athleticism, can create back spin and carry on his throws. Good student.
