David Proctor is a 2020 RHP/3B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Temple, TX who attends Academy HS. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a bent over delivery, tight 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, has big sinking action in the zone, tends to work too glove side with his fastball. Throws both a slider and a curveball, slider is the better pitch with tight spin and good tunneling from his fastball. Right handed hitter, spread stance with a hitchy hand load, very open during his swing, spray line drive contact. 7.62 runner, funnels well in the infield on defense with soft hands, moves well laterally in front of the ball, developing arm strength. Very good student.
