Griffin Ruffner is a 2021 C/MIF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Exeter, NH who attends St. John's Preparatory. Medium frame with projectable build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.57 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with high hands and back elbow, longer stride out, lower half catches up, middle-opposite field approach, hands tight throughout with more inside path, sprayed liners at times. Primary catcher, stands straight up and gains minimal ground out of crouch, shows clean transfer, clocked up to 65 mph on throws. Also took infield reps, sits back on the ball, hands work out front, clocked up to 71 mph. Good student.
