Dane Eliassen is a 2018 OF/ with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend. Medium frame with long limbs and a lean build. Frame projects for additional size with strength. Ran a 7.03 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with smooth, athletic footwork while closing to the baseball. Clean glove actions while working through the baseball with a long arm circle at separation. Released from a three-quarters arm slot producing some carry to the bag with accuracy, topped at 79 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a spread, even stance and simple leg lift trigger. Created solid shift into contact with linear lower half actions. Maintains balance well throughout swing with a smooth, lifted plane through extension. Flashed quick hands with present bat speed. Utilized a mid field approach, but showed the present barrel control to work the ball to all fields as well. Good student.
