Christian Martinez is a 2022 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Boynton Beach, FL who attends Olympic Heights HS. Medium frame with athletic build, room to fill out. Ran a 7.84 sixty. Strictly stretch on the mound. Uses a belt high leg lift with a full arm action from a overhand slot. Showed fluid smooth mechanics. High effort delivery with a good follow through. Showed a fastball that topped out at 81 miles per hour along with a curveball that topped out at 69 miles per hour. Showed developing control. Right handed hitter. Uses a wide base with high back elbow and high hands. Employs a no stride rotational swing. Looks to hit line drives up the middle. Utilizes upper half in swing well. Also worked out in the infield. Showed a out front funnel with good athletic fielding position. Showed a long loose arm stroke during infield workouts. Also worked out from the outfield. Showed athletic footwork and deliberate actions to the ball. Showed good arm strength topping out at 81 miles per hour with good accuracy.
