Cade Wojtusik is a 2022 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Palm City, FL who attends Martin County HS. Recorded a 7.83 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and projectable frame with lots of room to fill out. Primary lefthanded pitcher who throws exclusively from the stretch. Stays tall on the backside with a full arm stroke through a high three-quarters arm slot. Will vary slot intentionally to create deception. Short stride down the mound and releases uphill toward the target. Slows on breaking ball and gets some depth on the offering. Throws strikes and gets the fastball around the zone. Secondary first baseman with deliberate actions and works through the ball. Bends at the waist and fields out in front with good accuracy. Righthanded hitter with a small stride and longer swing path. Smooth load and gets his hands to the ball quickly. Contact oriented approach. Terrific student.
