Brennan McLaughlin is a 2026 C/RHP, IF with a 6-0 162 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Platte County. Taller lean and athletic frame. Ran a 7.66 60-yard dash. An infielder with a quicker first step, smoother footwork to the ball, lateral movements ranging to both sides, fields it out front square to body, slower transfer to throw with solid average arm strength but inconsistent arm slots and accuracy. Hits from a tall stance with feet together with lower hands around his waist, longer stride timing. Gets to a consistent hitting position, incorporates the lower half into his swing and shows some feel for the barrel with consistent line drives to all fields and some added pop to his pull side. Has the size, athleticism and feel for the barrel to continue developing.
