Robert Hild is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-2 140 lb. frame from Santee, CA who attends Saint Augustine. Hild has a tall long body with room to fill. Defensively he has developing actions and developing footwork to the baseball. He has a long arm action with a big hook in the back. Hild showed developing arm strength up to 68 MPH. At the plate he starts with a square stance with a wide base. He has a rotational swing and has a big bat wrap at load. Hild has a longer swing path and feels for the baseball. He made his best contact to the pull side in BP and showed developing bat speed and developing hitting tools. Hild pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. He has a deliberate pace to his delivery with developing arm strength.
