Jonathan Pearcy is a 2026 1B/LHP with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Liberty, MO who attends Liberty. Bigger squared shoulder frame. Ran a 9.76 60-yard dash. Primary first baseball with some softer hands picking the ball around the bag, slower footwork and some accurate feeds to bases. Hit from a wide base and slightly open stance with toe tap timing. Takes a direct hand path to the baseball with a slight uppercut bat path, guides the hands through the zone some but with the strength to drive the baseball in the air if he gets the barrel to it. A left-handed pitcher on the mound with a three-quarter arm slot and a synced up delivery that utilizes his legs well. Developing arm speed throwing a mid 60's fastball and 1-7 shape curveball with inconsistent spin efficiency. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
