Andrew Cash is a 2021 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Villa Rica, GA who attends Temple. Extra large and strong frame. Ran a 7.68 second 60 yard dash. Primary first baseman, worked out at the position moving well, developing hands at gather, gets around the baseball and showed young actions to his footwork. Secondary right-handed pitcher, pitches exclusively from the stretch, starts his delivery with a low leg lift, takes his arm back to a long arm action up to a high ¾ arm slot, closes off landing to the plate, fastball topped out at 79 mph and can locate it to both halves of the plate, lowers arm slot when throwing his curveball that shows developing spin at present. Right-handed hitter, sets up with a high hand set and a high back elbow, takes a big stride into contact, gets level with swing and shifts into contact, inside hand path taken to the baseball, middle of the field approach. Good student.
