2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 5)
Koy Frier is a 2027 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Wellborn, FL who attends Suwannee. Medium build with present muscularity, good twitch to his actions and a lot of time and room to add even more physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 6.93 seconds. Primary position infielder, showing solid footwork and covering ground laterally with ease. Quick hands and confident glove work leading to clean funnel in the midline. Longer 3/4 arm slot, with emerging accuracy and present strength up to 86 mph across the diamond. Reps in the outfield as well, working methodically to the ball and breaking down footwork to field. Same long arm action here, it plays and was up to 87 mph here. RHH working from a medium and inline stance with standard handset and quieter repeatable operation. Will hitch at times before getting to flat bat path working to impact. Gets on plane with some lift and showed pull side juice. Stayed on the barrel and should translate well into game performance. Tools here to watch closely in the next year. Excellent student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
