Fulton Lockhart is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-4 183 lb. frame from Lithia, FL who attends Newsome HS. Recorded a 7.15 second 60-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with great size and a lot of room to project. Primary right-handed pitcher with a live arm and some effort at release. Good extension over the front side with a ton of riding life on the fastball that topped out at 91 mph. Gets downhill and has an over the top arm slot. Fastball misses plenty of bats and showed a hard, downer breaking ball with devastating bite. Changeup is solid and tumbles well with an extended release out in front. Maintains release well and has a high velocity ceiling. Arm strength plays well from secondary position of the infield. Right-handed hitter with a wider base and online stance. Hips work well and generates good pull power. Looking to pull the ball into the air and has some power. Great student. Verbal commitment to USF. Named to the SS East TP List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
