Aric Ramos is a 2018 2B/SS with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Dearborn, MI who attends Edsel Ford HS. Young, athletic frame with slender present build; body projects well moving forward. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.80 seconds. Sets up to hit from upright, even-based stance. Loads hands back behind shoulder and creates separation, shows compact hand path to the ball with overall short swing. Did a good job staying committed to the middle of the field and finding the barrel on liners to all fields. Worked out defensively in the infield, stays low through actions and has solid footwork, fields cleanly and gets off timely release across the diamond with good accuracy and developing arm strength, clocked up to 68 MPH. Good student.
