Brennan Washington is a 2018 2B/SS with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Danville, KY who attends Danville HS. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 6.94 seconds. Sets up to hit from wide-based stance, even feet, higher hand set with bat resting on shoulder. Stays committed to the middle of the field through approach, shows good loft to swing and gets the ball into the air successfully, good understanding of the strike zone, did a good job making consistent contact, will unlock more power with strength gains. Worked out in the infield, swivels hips well and surrounds the ball, hands work well out front with clean funnel, solid footwork throughout, smoothness to arm stroke with easy release, clocked up to 73 mph across the diamond. Good student.
