Bailey Ward is a 2019 C/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Euharlee, GA who attends Woodland HS. Recorded a 7.86 second 60-yard dash time. Medium build with good athleticism and room to fill out. Primary catcher with good flexibility behind the dish and good accuracy down to the bag. Lower half works well through throws and shoots forward with the arm well. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a simple side step delivery with a leg lift above the belt. Online delivery with a long arm action that wraps around the backside. Higher three-quarters arm slot and drives off the back side well. Flashed a curveball but attacked primarily with the fastball. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and high hand set with a high back elbow. Spread open stance with a leg lift trigger into the swing. Middle of the field contact and has an inside path to contact. Good student.
