Bryce Smith is a 2018 SS/2B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Issaquah, WA who attends Skyline HS. Medium, athletic frame with slender present build; very good projection remaining on body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.12 seconds. Hitches hands back into load when hitting, gets on line drive swing plane out of hitch with good bat speed, shows good strength off the barrel with jump to the pull-field gap. Will unlock more power with additional and continued incorporation of lower half into swing. Worked out defensively in the infield, showed solid range to both sides with clean actions regardless of where baseball is. Throws from lower arm slot across the diamond with quick release, arm strength clocked up to 76 MPH. Very good student.
