Jacob Hinderleider is a 2019 SS/2B/3B with a 5-10 157 lb. frame from Kaneohe, HI who attends Iolani High School. Medium build, lean frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.31 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, showed clean footwork and consistently got in a good position to field. Clean transfer with a quick release and arm strength up to 77 mph. At the plate, started with a spread base, slightly open stance, and a simple leg lift timing mechanism. Stayed inside the ball well with a compact hand path. Line drive swing plane with a refined approach for age. Consistently worked the other way with raw bat speed. Outstanding student.
