Gabriel Lujano is a 2019 C/RHP with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Colton, CA who attends Rialto HS. Large frame with a strong build. Ran a 7.99 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary catcher. Starts in a low stance with loose actions coming out. Gains ground with athletic movements. Very accurate throws topping out at 73 miles per hour and popping a 1.92 during workouts. Righthanded hitter with a tall and open stance. Long and rotation swing into contact. Looks to generate lift out front with some softer contact. Righthanded pitcher with a shorter arm action in back and releasing from a high three-quarters arms slot. Generates plane with some arm side run on the fastball that sat in the low 80's and topped out at 84 miles per hour. Pounds the zone with a high amount of quality strikes. Commands the curveball with good depth.
