Coy Martin is a 2020 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Ball Ground, GA who attends Creekview HS. Recorded a 7.84 second 60-yard dash time. Lanky frame with long limbs, a lean build, and plenty of room to fill out. Primary lefthanded pitcher who pulls off slightly to the third base side which creates cutting life on the fastball. Short, quick arm action with an over the top arm slot. Has an element of crossfire to the landing. Breaking ball showed some potential and started on a similar plane to the fastball with good depth. Secondary outfielder with a lower arm slot through release. Currently developing arm strength and throws are too high out of the hand. Lefthanded hitter with a spread, open stance and a high hand set with a high back elbow. Works to all fields and gets weight onto his front side well.
