Brandon Webb is a 2020 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Frankfort, KY who attends Western Hills. Medium frame with solid present build; good strength in lower half. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.95 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher; longer arm stroke with some rigidity to it, stabs through back, steps across through delivery and creates crossfire, good deception to delivery overall. Creates good angle from extended three quarters slot, fastball worked 74-77 mph, flashes arm side life to the pitch. Worked in curveball with 1/7 shape and very good depth; buries it as well as throws it for strikes. Did a good job mixing and matching while staying in command. Hits from even stance with high hands and leg kick trigger, torques hips well, lengthy stroke at times, flashes good strength with jump in pull field gap. Worked out at 1st base, shows some twitch to footwork, clean exchanges, winds up into exaggerated crow hop, touched 80 mph on throws. Good student.
