Cooper Artley is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from York Haven, PA who attends Red Land. Recorded a 7.03 second sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder fields the ball out front with a clean line to the bases and a quick first step with a long transfer on release while accurately throwing the ball 83 mph to the bases. Secondary right-handed pitcher moves from a full windup with a long side step into an above the belt swinging leg lift as he rides the back side very well with good extension and explosion to the plate out of a low three-quarter arm slot. Artley keeps the fastball down in the zone with late, heavy sinking action topping 89 mph while mixing in a tight breaking ball with good depth and 10-5 action. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a wide stance, high hands, and a high back elbow with a toe tap trigger as he swings the bat with some barrel control. He impacts the ball with good force as he works the ball gap-to-gap showcasing a good bat speed. Excellent student.
