Jacob Barnhart is a 2021 OF/C with a 5-5 115 lb. frame from Salisbury, NC who attends Central Davidson HS. Recorded an 8.52 second 60-yard dash time. Younger player with a young frame and room left for physical development. Primary outfielder with fluidity to actions. Mostly clean actions and feel for the position with currently developing arm strength. Secondary infielder who throws from a sidearm slot. Fields the ball cleanly and makes accurate throws across. Will improve defensively with added strength. Righthanded hitter with a deeper hand load and spread open stance. Direct path to contact with a hands heavy swing. Can turn the barrel over effectively to create pull side line drives. Good rhythm to the swing with an upright stance, high hand set, and high back elbow.
