Keanu Lazo is a 2019 1B with a 6-2 225 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends West Broward HS. Big and strong build. Left handed hitter, slightly open stance with a big well-timed shift into contact, swings hard and looks to drive the ball, has good looseness and extension in his swing, shows present bat speed and lots of power potential, tools to hit at the next level. 7.11 runner, plays below the ball well and has some first step agility and quickness, soft hands, will be an asset on defense. Key to development will be maintaining his conditioning and body life as he gets older. Excellent student.
