Luke Sweigart is a 2023 C/RHP/MIF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Roswell, GA who attends Centennial. Medium build with some present strength and more to come. 7.47 runner in the sixty. Solid receiver behind the plate with soft hands receiving the ball and some lower half quickness, comfortable in his crouch and comes out of it well, makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a rock back load, tends to stay over his back side to start his swing, has the strength to impact the ball with more there with better lower half shift into contact, works gap to gap. Also pitched, tall low effort delivery from the stretch with a high 3/4's arm slot. Works quickly and throws lots of strikes with a fastball up to 78 mph. Threw all fastballs and turned in a quick two innings of work. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
