Andrew Connallon is a 2019 RHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Jackson, NJ who attends Donovan Catholic High School. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 5.27 40-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch; shows a full arm action through the back while working to a submarine slot. Utilizes a leg lift to belt and a hip coil at gather point, short stride down the mound with lower half but remains on line with plant foot. Fastball worked up to 67 mph from submarine slot and topped out at 71 mph from more of an over-the-top release point. Will continue to develop consistent release point from down below, showed cut action at times which worked away from righthanded hitters. Flashed short slider at 60 mph from similar release point. Good student.
