Travis Danielson is a 2017 SS/3B with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Medford, OR who attends St Mary's HS. Large frame with long, lean present build and high-end physical projection remaining on body. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.61 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with high hand set, line drive swing plane with whole-field approach. Consistent ground ball contact to all fields. Rotational swing with stationary lower half. Stays balanced throughout swing mechanics, gets extended early at times. Worked out defensively in the infield. Fields cleanly with two hands in between legs, shows solid footwork to both sides with ability to surround ball, stands straight up to throw, showed overhand arm slot with consistent accuracy across the diamond to 3B; IF velocity topped at 73 MPH. Very good student.
