Hemmanuel Rosario is a 2017 C/1B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Juncos, PR who attends Puerto Rico BB Academy. Strong physical build, especially in the lower half, pretty mature physically. Has coordinated and well coached actions defensively behind the plate, very strong arm with on line accurate throws, doesn't rush his throws, can improve overall quickness but has the tools for the position. Right handed hitter, tall stance with some shift into contact, exaggerated tight hands in his swing with an inside swing path, level swing plane, has the strength to impact the ball when the barrel gets out but often concentrates on swing mechanics over bat speed, has the potential to improve at the plate with adjustments.
