Mike McBrayer is a 2019 SS/2B, OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Coral Gables, FL who attends Ransom Everglades. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, shows fluidity to actions moving towards the ball with quick feet, works through the ball, fields out front and can throw accurately from multiple arm slots, some effort at release. Uses an over-the-top slot from the outfield, works behind the ball consistently and works through, fields out front, big crow hop prior to release, full arm action through the back. Righthanded hitter, begins with a crouched and slightly open stance. Loads hands deep at start of swing, short shift through lower half. Contact approach with line drive swing plane, occasionally gets under the ball, creates consistent contact and can use the whole field.
