Parker Brown is a 2019 RHP/C, 1B, OF with a 6-3 145 lb. frame from Milton, DE who attends Cape Henlopen HS. Tall, lean frame with a lot of room to fill out on the frame. Recorded a 5.86 40-yard dash. Primary pitcher who throws from a higher three-quarter to over the top arm slot. The arm is full through the back and throws through a full arm circle. Deliberate tempo and has a simple pitching motion with a leg lift past the belt to add some deception upon delivery of the pitch. He repeats well and showed a feel for a solid two-pitch mix. The fastball pounded the lower third of the strike zone with short arm side run to the pitch. Showed a feel to spin from the mound and the curveball has good depth and was also consistently in the lower third of the strike zone. Popped a 2.11 behind the plate with a short arm action behind the plate. Stands slightly open at the plate with some present weight shift in the stance. Has an inside approach and is looking to spray hard contact. Excellent student.
