Marvin Dozier is a 2016 SS/OF, RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends School of the Future HS. Large frame, strong build, clear sign of present strength. Ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. From the infield, solid footwork, developing actions, makes the plays, throws from a short arm action. From the outfield, moves to the ball well, fields the ball out in front, throws from a shorter arm action. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a narrow, upright stance and a high back elbow. Has a full swing, pull side approach, hands extend back on load, developing bat speed, gets natural lift at the point of contact. Excellent student.
