George Kehn is a 2018 2B/UT, RHP with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Clinton, MA who attends Clinton. Medium frame with good athleticism throughout body and quality room to continue physically developing. Hits from wide spread stance with good balance, high back elbow, small leg lift trigger with line drive swing plane through the hitting zone. Shifts weight well into contact, showed good ability to hit line drives to all fields. More strength off barrel will come with continued physical development. Fields cleanly in the OF, sits back on the ball, shows good accuracy to target on throws topping at 70 MPH. Shows quick arm in the infield with accurate throws across the diamond, good transfer and ultimate release, moves well to the ball, throws topped at 74. Also pitched, showing good rhythm and tempo in delivery, throws from high 3/4 arm slot with quick, short arm action. FB worked 65-70, attacks the strike zone with the pitch. Also showed good CB with solid depth while maintaining FB arm speed. Pounded the zone with both pitches.
