Gabriel Bautista is a 2022 OF/RHP, SS with a 5-6 132 lb. frame from Bonaire, GA who attends Northside. Small frame with plenty of more filling out left to do. Ran a 7.38 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder worked out at the position with short strides to the ball, funnels to the side, compact arm action with developing arm strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher, good tempo delivery, starts his operation with a side step up to a leg lift slightly above his belt line, takes his arm back to a compact arm up to a high ¾ arm slot, online delivery, fastball topped out at 69 mph with the ability to land it at the top and bottom of the strike zone, developing changeup. Right-handed hitter, sets up at the plate with an upright and open stance, upper half dominant swing with active hands, stays inside the baseball and shows his best contact when doing so, middle to pull approach, will improve pop with additional strength and added lower half involvement.
